Ahmedabad, India. April 8, 2008 - Incorporated as Sunbelt Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd in 2003, the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) unit has made a steady progress to evolve from basic back-office services to offering end-to-end business solutions that meet the Accounting, IT, Marketing and Operational needs of small to mid-sized businesses. The KPO hires a team of qualified professionals like CAs, MBAs and IT engineers who handle more than 70 US-based clients.
Rechristening to Sunbelt Business Solutions (SBS) Pvt. Ltd is intended to adequately communicate about the business which is often misinterpreted when termed as merely outsourcing. The company statement said that they are not deferring away from being termed as outsourcing guys, but they definitely held a distinguishing position that offered services in broader sense as compared to any other typical outsourcing company.
The change of name intends to effectively represent their KPO business that has evolved from basic back-office services to offering end-to-end business solutions for Accounting, IT, Marketing and Operational needs of third party clients. This Ahmedabad-based KPO has been in operations since the last 3 years and hires CAs, MBAs and IT engineers.
SBS currently has a 2000 square feet state-of-the-art facility located near C.G Road and plans to tap the right set of talent to fuel the expansion plans. The renaming has been approved by the RoC and all compliance related formalities have been completed too. SBS would also be using a new brand logo and image to charge up its marketing activities which will also be a bridge to connect with the employees, clients and stakeholders.
Virtually SBS works 24x7 as it has its founding company Analytix Business Solutions LLC based in Woburn, USA that employs an equally impressive staff. Also, SBS has been following an 80:20 business process model that has 80% of work executed by SBS team while 20% of customization and client co-ordintation work is done by Analytix team. This has worked quite well with the results and helped develop a unique position that lies in between of being cost effective and yet quality-oriented service player. As mentioned by the management, there’s no intention to get into a price battle as the current model is working quite well.
As per Fenil Shah, the young general manager who heads the regular operations at SBS, "We have evolved to enter into the higher-end service arena of outsourcing business and it was the right time to transform ourselves that meets the expectations of next-level business needs. We need smart and intellectual peeople to work for us, and this renaming might help position ourselves clearly in the market. Should Orkut be blocked in offices??

As we all know that lots of offices have now blocked orkut website in their offices. Is it Right?? yes i think it is right decision as all the employees spend most of their time in orkutting which consumes lots of bandwidth of the internet connection and makes connection down. Also orkut encourages young generation to make new friends without even knowing the details of the person which lead to Cyber Crime and other offences. Orkut should not only be banned in offices but from India too. Orkut is destroying the younger generation. Now a days children have started sitting on their computers for more than 5 hours which completely waste their time. This is the age to study and make their careers. parents should also take care of their child to ensure that their children are not involved in indecent activities.
